We ensure that your order reaches you reliably and promptly. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within two to a maximum of five business days. In Germany, deliveries are handled via DHL. Depending on your order value, you may benefit from free shipping. Below are the details of our delivery terms and shipping fees.
For Consumers
Germany
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate of €4.95 (incl. VAT) per order
- Free Shipping: On orders over €75
France
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate of €12.50 (incl. VAT) per order
- Free Shipping: On orders over €100
United Kingdom
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate of £12.60 (incl. VAT) per order
- Free Shipping: On orders over £120
Note: These shipping rates and thresholds apply regardless of package weight.
Important Information:
- Shipping Only: We exclusively ship via courier services – self-collection is not available.
- No Parcel Stations: Deliveries are not made to parcel stations.
- Courier Services: In Germany, your order is shipped via DHL; in France and the United Kingdom, UPS handles the delivery.
- Address Requirements: The billing address must match the shipping address. Orders placed from Germany will only be delivered within Germany, and similarly for France and the United Kingdom. The delivery country is pre-selected based on your billing address. If you wish to change it, you must provide a billing address in the desired country. Otherwise, you will receive a pop-up message with instructions and a link to our list of eligible delivery countries and associated shipping fees. If you do not have a billing address in your desired delivery country, please contact our foreign representative.
For Retailers (Beauty Institutes / Retailers in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom)
In addition to product prices, the following shipping fees apply. Shipping charges are waived once a specified net order value is reached:
Germany:
- Shipping Fee: Net €4.16 (gross €4.95) per order
- Free Shipping: On orders over €200
France:
- Shipping Fee: Net €10.42 (gross €12.50) per order
- Free Shipping: On orders over €300
United Kingdom:
- Shipping Fee: Net £12.60 (gross £15.12) per order
- Free Shipping: On orders over £340
Note: These shipping fees and thresholds apply irrespective of package weight. For registered retailers with a dedicated customer number, specific delivery and shipping conditions are negotiated separately.
Delivery via Foreign Representatives
Orders from countries listed in our global delivery list are processed, shipped, and invoiced directly by our authorized foreign representatives. Shipping fees are applied according to the respective local regulations, as detailed in our list. These fees are independent of the package weight. For retailers in these regions, delivery terms and shipping fees are arranged individually.
Delivery to Other Countries
Currently, we are unable to deliver to countries beyond those listed above. During the checkout process, if your desired delivery country is not supported, you will receive a notification indicating that delivery is not possible, along with information on how to contact the appropriate foreign representative.
